We service homes in Downtown, James Island, Mt. Pleasant, North Charleston, Wadmalaw & Johns Island, West Ashley, Hollywood, Goose Creek, Ladson and Summerville. We are a member of the Multiple Listing Service of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors which enables us to provide wider exposure to other real estate professionals.

Tenant Qualifications...we have stringent yet flexible application process that adequately screens as well as help qualified tenants find their new homes.
Work Order Managemant...we oversee the repairs and maintenance of your property and resolve issues in a timely manner, to insure its safety.
Financial Management...monthly income and expense statements are sent you along with your income. Or, you have the option of having your rent directly deposited into your bank account.
